Bruce Williams Business Coach

Bruce is owner of Easy Teams and a Business Growth Systems professional services associate. He has four decades broad-based experience in professional development in both private and public sectors.  During his career, Bruce has held roles in education, training and development, recruitment and engagement, change management, international business development, contract negotiation, career management as well as leadership and executive coaching.

Bruce’s areas of expertise include team engagement and performance, with a particular focus on Leadership, communication and team dynamics. He has coached and counselled leaders from a broad range of professional backgrounds including law, finance, HR, education, information technologies, sales, healthcare,  government, manufacturing, food and agribusiness, media, insurance and NGOs, as well as churches, public service and non-profit enterprises.

Bruce aspires to help people create a positive workplace culture that is relaxed, resilient and productive, one that encourages emerging leaders to take action with confidence, clarity and impact.  He most enjoys facilitating opportunities for people to experience a profound sense of personal identity, a keen sense of purpose and a rich appreciation of diversity and inclusion.  He has extensive cross-cultural and multinational experience having worked with Indigenous communities and organisations across Queensland and has brokered a variety of collaborative education projects and international pathway programs for tertiary institutions in Australia, the Asia Pacific, Europe, USA and Canada.

Bruce is a member of the Institute of Learning Professionals, sits on the University of the Sunshine Coast Foundation Board and is spokesperson for the USC Starfish Program raising funds to support low SES students in tertiary education. He is a certified practitioner in MBTI, FIRO-B, EQi2.0 and EQ360, and holds degrees in Communication Studies and in Social and Cultural Studies.
